This survey, sponsored by the American Council of Engineering Companies of Arizona (ACEC Arizona), includes responses from engineering and surveying organizations located throughout the state. Participants supplied general demographic information about their organization as well as average base salaries and bonuses for positions representative of those included in the survey. Part II of this report provides prevailing market compensation results. A comprehensive survey of employee benefits and business practices are included in Part III.
