Participation
Committees & Liaisons/Forums are open to employees of member firms and government employees at a reduced price, and Non-Members are welcome to attend at the regular price.

ACEC Arizona member volunteers are the backbone of the organization. If you are an employee of a member firm or a government employee, participate in a committee or liaison. Participation in all liaisons and committees is encouraged and open to all employees of member firms and government employees.
Committees
Roads & Streets Conference – meets starting in the winter to plan and coordinate speakers.
Education and Workforce Development– meets at various times during the year
Risk Management Committee - will meet at various times during the year
Legal Forum - open to licensed attorneys only - meets twice a year at ACEC National conferences

Liaisons and Forums
ADOT: Join us on the first Wednesday of the month at 8:00 a.m. for breakfast networking; the speaker will start at 8:30 a.m. at the ACEC Arizona office.
Southern Arizona Liaison—This group includes cities and counties in southern Arizona, plus ADOT. It meets jointly with other engineering organizations.
The City of Phoenix—Meets on the third Tuesday of the month (subject to change) at 8:00 a.m. for breakfast networking; the speaker starts at 8:30 a.m. at the ACEC Arizona office.
Pinal County Liaison – looking to get started
Maricopa County—This group meets every other month on the second Wednesday at 8:00 a.m. for breakfast networking; the speaker starts at 8:30 a.m. at the ACEC Arizona office.
West Valley – meets at various times during the year with various West Valley cities
East Valley – meets at various times during the year with various East Valley cities
Water – looking to get started
East Valley Aviation - meets at various times during the year at East Valley airports
Business Services/Practices – includes current trends in recruitment, retention, insurance, workplace environment, social media policies, best use and strategy, public relations, awards, and outreach, discussions of best practices, and the management and running of IT departments. Meets monthly
Land Development-looking to get started
