This survey, sponsored by the American Council of Engineering Companies of Arizona (ACEC Arizona), includes responses from engineering and surveying organizations located throughout the state. Participants supplied general demographic information about their organization as well as average base salaries and bonuses for positions representative of those included in the survey. Section II of this report provides prevailing market compensation results. A spot check on costs and plans associated with select benefits and business practices are included in Section III.
