We are pleased to let you know that the first video on broad-form indemnification is finished and available for download here. The duty to defend video is currently in production and should be complete in a matter of days. In addition to the videos, we will also be receiving two infographics and shortened versions of the videos for social media that will help support our position on each issue. Once all the creative assets are delivered, we will create a custom landing website that will allow you to access both videos and their respective supporting documents. The indemnification video is also up on the ACEC YouTube channel at https://youtu.be/JFKp7XLH56o, which makes it easily sharable with legislative offices.
