AZBTR new e-licensing system and firm/branch registration

The Arizona State Board of Technical Registration has moved to an e-licensing system. All firms and branches should access business functions through the Business Portal. Those firms/branches who hold an active registration or have held one in the past with the Board already have a profile and should not create a new account.

For first-time access, only designated Principals can access firm/branch information and should utilize their individual login information to sign into the Business Portal. Once they can access the firm/branch, they may submit a request to add non-licensed Administrators to the business to assist with business functions. Additional information for this process can be found here

If individual registrants need assistance with first time login to either the Licensee or Business Portals, they can follow the steps found here, or call board staff https://btr.az.gov/contact-us
