ACEC comments on DOT Interim Final Rule on Disadvantaged Business Enterprise program

We filed our comments on the changes to the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise program with U.S. DOT today. See attached.

We will continue to collaborate with AASHTO and with U.S. DOT to shape the implementation process and will continue to report on important developments.
