The Principal Roundtable is a peer-to-peer forum designed specifically for principals and senior leaders of ACEC Arizona member firms. This gathering provides a confidential and collaborative space for firm leaders to discuss the opportunities and challenges shaping the consulting engineering industry.

Participants engage in candid conversations about topics such as firm management, business development, workforce recruitment and retention, risk management, technology adoption, and market trends affecting the engineering profession. The roundtable format encourages open dialogue, shared experiences, and practical insights that leaders can take back to their firms.

In addition to strengthening professional connections among firm leadership, the Principal Roundtable helps ACEC Arizona better understand the priorities of its member firms, ensuring that our advocacy, programs, and resources continue to reflect the evolving needs of the industry.
