ADOT Liaison Meeting
The ADOT Liaison Meeting provides a regular forum for open dialogue between leadership and staff from the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) and the consulting engineering community. Hosted by ACEC Arizona, these meetings offer valuable insight into ADOT programs, priorities, and upcoming opportunities for collaboration.
Each meeting begins with informal networking, followed by a presentation and discussion led by ADOT representatives. Topics frequently include transportation program updates, procurement and contracting processes, project delivery initiatives, and emerging trends affecting Arizona’s statewide transportation system.
The liaison is designed to foster meaningful communication, provide transparency into agency priorities, and strengthen partnerships between ADOT and the engineering firms that help plan, design, and deliver Arizona’s transportation infrastructure.
