Randy Crabtree
Randy Crabtree, co-founder and partner of Tri-Merit is a widely followed author, lecturer, and podcast host for the accounting profession. Randy contributes to in Accounting Today’s Voices column, and the AICPA Tax Adviser. He is a regular presenter at conferences hosted by CPAmerica, Prime Global, Leading Edge Alliance (LEA), and Allinial Global.

Phil Williams
Since joining Tri-Merit in 2011, Phil has worked with more than 350 companies in identifying, calculating, documenting and defending R&D credits at both the federal and state levels. He is a licensed attorney in the state of Michigan. Phil serves on the Board of Directors of Techtrades, Inc.
